Office Ergonomic Assessment

If you spend a lot of time at a desk, it is important that it is set up correctly to avoid unnecessary strain on your joints and muscles. Our physiotherapists can assess your desk set-up to ensure it is right for you.

Postural Management

Is poor posture contributing to your problem? At Achieve Physio, we use any combination of exercise, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques and taping to help relieve symptoms in the short term and prevent recurrence of the problem in the long term.

Re-balancing Exercise

There are some muscles that tend to become short and tight while others become long and weak. We use exercise therapy as well as soft tissue techniques to help restore balance to the muscles.

Core Strength

It was widely believed that crunches and sit ups were the way to develop core strength. Now we know that these exercises only train the superficial abdominal muscles such as your rectus abdominus (6 pack muscles). Our physiotherapists can teach you how to activate your deep muscles to develop real core strength and stability.


At Achieve Physio, we do not believe in a ‘recipe approach.’ All of our clients are assessed and given an exercise program specific to their needs.
